This year we are running 3 courses for 4-16yrs, a sprint camp, endurance camp and multi event camp. Bookings and registration can be made online using the button below.
Sprint Camps
Sessions will cover a variety of speed, agility and reaction training as well key skills such as co-ordination, balance and strength. Athletes will be introduced to different training techniques to help build their strength, including plyometrics, hurdle drills and resistance bands as well as body weight conditioning. Whether you are looking for speed on the track, on the pitch or just an improvement in your general fitness these sessions will help you push your boundaries and gain confidence. It is recommended you have a good base level of fitness. 8+ years old. Groups split according to age and ability.
Endurance Camps
Sessions will cover a variety of endurance based training techniques for distances 800m upwards. The training will include, speed endurance, endurance, conditioning and fitness. We will also cover key areas of strength and conditioning including plyometrics, rhythm drills and functional athletes. These sessions are design to increase you cardio vascular fitness as well as making you faster and stronger. Perfect for park runners, team sport athletes and those looking to improve their fitness levels. It is recommended you have a good level of fitness coming into the sessions. 8+ years old. Groups split according to age and ability.
Multi Event Camps
A great introduction to all the athletics events. Sessions will include running, jumping and throwing events such as high jump, long jump, hurdles, discus and hammer, as well as sprinting, endurance and general conditioning. We will include game based activities as well as technical training to ensure all ages have fun. These sessions are great for all levels of athletes from the beginner through to the premier league athlete. 4+ years old. Groups split according to age and ability.
All camps include a fun competition on the final day with a medal ceremony for the athletes and parents to enjoy
Prices: £20 per child per day or £90 for 5 days.
Times: 9am-12pm coaching.

Mondays 4.45-5.45pm. 4-11 year olds. Multi events. For 9-14 years, Sprints and Conditioning. Runs through out the year.
Wednesdays 5.30-6.30pm. Multi Events. 4-11 year olds.
All our classes are now available to view and book online, just click on the Book Now button below. You can view all the classes we have on the calendar and in the 'course' section. If you select 'Free Taster' on the Membership page this will let you book your child onto your selected session to try it out.
Step 1: Register for account. You will be asked to create a parent/ guardian profile, followed by an athlete profile.
Step 2: Complete forms. This will allow us to have all emergency contact details, medical details, any injuries etc all in one place.
Step 3: Select and purchase your membership. Based on how many sessions you attend per week. For first session select Free Taster.
Step 4: Register for you preferred class time/s and venue/s. Your spot will then be reserved at that session (please select re-occurring to add to the same class every week) and your name added to our auto generated registers.
We are always looking to start new clubs in different areas to make sure all children have a chance to access the training. If your child would be interested in joining our club but you can’t see a suitable location, please let us know where you would like us to start up and if we can get 10 children or more for that area we will happily add an extra session!
Areas we are looking to set up sessions in (not limited to); Bracknell, Burghfield, Calcot, Caversham, Earley, Pangbourne, Reading, Shinfield, Spencers Wood, Sonning, Theale, Tilehurst, Winnersh, Wokingham, Woodley and Yateley.
